Private Label OEM
A practical route for distributors and brands that want to launch a proven product under their own name. Depending on the selected platform, we can confirm brand logo, model name, housing colour, rating label, barcode, product labels, display text, user manual, warranty card, colour box, master carton and multilingual materials. Compared with a fully new development, private-label OEM normally reduces both launch time and initial engineering investment.
Configured OEM
For customers that want a differentiated specification while using a validated product platform. Available adjustments depend on the model and may include RO capacity, filter stages and cartridge combinations, ambient or heating functions, hot-and-cold configurations, smart faucets, display interfaces, voltage and plug options, UV, filter-life reminders and included accessories. The final configuration is documented after sample approval.
ODM Development
For projects requiring a dedicated appearance, structural layout, function combination, control and display solution, custom accessories or new tooling, our engineering team can review feasibility and define the development route. Development cost, tooling investment, MOQ and schedule are confirmed according to project scope and complexity.

Production resources include 6 automated injection-moulding lines, 9 reverse-osmosis membrane production lines, production and testing for filters and integrated water manifolds, electronic-component production and testing capability, 5 water-purifier assembly lines and 1 automated assembly line.

Engineering Customization, Not Just a Logo Change
Our product development is supported by technology platforms including integrated water manifolds, composite integrated filters, dual water-lock structures, quick filter replacement, zero-stale-water solutions, water-efficiency technology, leak prevention and intelligent control. Integrated water-manifold design reduces internal components and connection points compared with traditional layouts, supporting compact construction, lower connection-related leakage risk and greater flexibility for different product configurations.
This means an OEM/ODM program can extend beyond branding and packaging to filtration performance, internal structure, dispensing method, user interface, electrical configuration and the replacement-filter ecosystem.
Quality Management and Destination-Market Compliance
The manufacturing system operates under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems and is a WQA member. The company has received more than 330 patent authorizations and has participated in the development of national, industry and group standards for water purifiers.
For Europe, Central Asia and other destination markets, electrical specification, voltage and plug, product and packaging language, test requirements, manuals, warning labels and applicable CE, RoHS, REACH or other compliance documents are reviewed against the exact model and destination. Company management-system certificates and product-level certificates are managed separately; product compliance documents are confirmed by actual model, electrical configuration and target market.
Adaptation for Europe and Central Asia
There is no single product specification that fits every country. Feed-water conditions, voltage and plugs, installation space, temperature preferences, language, packaging, compliance requirements and replacement-filter planning can differ significantly. Before quotation and sample approval, we normally review the destination country and sales channel, local water and operating conditions, target retail positioning, required RO capacity, ambient or hot-and-cold functions, product and packaging languages, certification requirements, initial order quantity, estimated annual demand and replacement-filter plan.
Chinese, English, Russian, Kazakh and other agreed language versions of rating labels, product labels, manuals and packaging can be included in the project documentation after customer text approval.
From Requirement to Volume Production
- Project brief: confirm destination market, product category, quantity, required functions, target price and requested delivery date.
- Platform selection and feasibility review: recommend a suitable proven model and determine whether the project follows a Private Label OEM, configured OEM or ODM route.
- Product and packaging samples: review product sample, functions, logo, labels, manuals and packaging.
- Golden Sample and specification freeze: freeze BOM, specifications, rating label, packaging files, inspection requirements and packing method.
