Approved specification as the reference
Checks begin with the confirmed model, configuration and approved order materials. Product identity, filtration arrangement, electrical requirements, branding files, labels and accessories are compared with the order record.
Process and functional checks
During assembly, visible workmanship, connections and applicable electrical parts are reviewed. Functional checks are selected according to the product type and order requirements. Inspection items are not treated as identical across every model.
Packing verification
Before shipment preparation, the packing list, accessories, manuals, labels and cartons are checked against the approved version. Any certification or market requirement is evaluated for the selected model and destination using the available supporting documents.
Customers may request model-specific check points or sample confirmation before volume production. The agreed scope should be recorded in the quotation or order documents.
